Each client’s appointment is important to us. Studio HZ want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge. Any no-shows will be charged 50% of their service amount. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will be considered no-shows and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. We will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give your stylist a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment.
Studio HZ understands situations occur that are out of our control, special consideration will be given in those instances.
